Bustle was founded in 2001 by Toronto natives Shawn Hewson and Ruth Promislow – two bay street lawyers with a passion for fashion. The focus of the label is cheeky, sexy, fashion-forward sportswear, designed for a consumer with fashion intelligence, sass and a sense of humour about style.

SPRING 2003 - CABANA COLLECTION
Bustle’s Spring 2003 Cabana collection reflects the strong belief of its designers that fashion should be fun ... and a little cheeky. While, for Bustle, this season’s collection references the styles of a decade of decadence, the reference is most certainly tongue in chic. There is, however, no irony motivating the way in which the collection echoes the carefree optimism of the time it references. Spring has sprung. It’s time to have some fun with your clothes.

Our graphics series shirts are cut and sew, and our patterns have been refined to ensure a stylish and sexy fit. Since each graphic is applied by hand, we can put them anywhere. That's why people who buy Bustle don't have to worry about someone else prancing around in their shirt.
